He worked in the mainland for over 14 years, developing a taste for a career in a challenging and exciting kitchen. Lucky for us. Tony served as a master sushi chef for many years. His knowledge and experience with the finest of seafoods is top-notch making him our go-to man for this new Hawaiian-Cajun concept!
